[TowerTalk] Using Belden 9913 on a crankup tower?

Waidaminnit heah... Something's fishy. I think the reflector is re-sending old
posts from late April for some reason. Todd, sorry about thinking you were
repeating yourself. It seems more likely that the server is repeating itself,
for some reason...
