[Craig Clark]

ARR is run by Jay Rusgrove, W1VD who was the lab supervisor at ARRL in the 
late 70's. He's a smart guy, talented technician but a man of few words.

He left ARRL shortly after I did and started ARR. He is also partly 
responsible for the 70's boom in 10 GHz GaAs FET Microwave Associates 
communications devices.
