[TowerTalk] Caps for 3" boom

Thanks to a tip from Bill, K4XS I got a 3" cap with hose clamp from Home
Depot.  The cap cost $3.97.

They stock caps for 2", 2.5", 3" and 4" pipe but remember this is for black
steel pipe which is measured in ID not OD.  The clamp did tighten down the
3" cap on the KT34 XA boom and is certainly much better than the original
slip on cap.  It is about 5 times thicker!
