Just what does this thread have to do with Towers and the installation of
amateur radio stations, especially when it drifts to political agendas of

I was referring to Bush naming him as Chairman.  I used the word appointed
instead of "naming him" or "designated".  If you would prefer "naming him"
instead, that's
fine with me.  It's just semantics.
