Sometimes he gets overwhelmed by volume (such as just before a big contest)
and can be slow, but he's great as far as support.

I second the support of Jay at Array...first class guy and gives excellent 
customer support.  Not only does he get overloaded before a contest by orders, 
he also is usually getting ready for the contest himself.....only so many hours 
in a day.
