Thanks for the response. Looks like a near miss. I have seen pictures of a
tower that lost a bottom guy and was still standing. The tower was too
unstable to be saved.

Did you have a  ROHN fixed base design and did it keep your tower standing?
And how old were the anchors?

Where (city / state) was this tower?

The screw anchors are going to be the most difficult type of anchor to
inspect. Even EPRI has all but given up on them and is now trying a
Resistivity method.
