     I have only a few comments:

1.  Concrete can run you anywhere from $50 - $100 per cuyd delivered and
emplaced.  Call your local concrete supplier (Yellow Pages) and ask for
their costs.  What about rebar cage?  Maybe $150 for that, too.

2.  You're probably buying the anti-climb panels from AN Tower, right?  You
can probably save some $ (albeit not much) by constructing them yourself out
of sheet steel.  The ARRL handbook has a few ideas.

3.  Does you installation labor included crane rental?

4.  Your Cadweld cost is quite high (unless it also includes ground rods,
see below.)  I was able to get One-shots for less than $10 each from The RF
Connection (www.therfc.com .)  Other sources are likely to be competitive as
well.

5.   What about ground rods?

Good luck and take plenty of pix for us.
