[TowerTalk] Steppir Controller

It's 6 3/8 inches wide, 3 inches tall, and 4 inches deep, but with 
connectors/cables on the back, it's going to be about 6.5 inches 
deep.  SteppIR uses the same controller for both the 3 and 4 element antenna.
