[TowerTalk] It's a Structure (why??)

The CC&Rs (only two pages -- a 35-yr-old subdivision) for our property
have a paragraph limiting the "structures" that may be built. IIRC, the
only permitted "structure" is a shed not exceeding a certain size. I was
concerned that this might prevent me from putting up a tower (although
there is one already in this subdivision), so I consulted a lawyer (a
Volunteer Counsel), who said that this applied only to buildings. (If it
did not apply only to buildings, then all the basketball hoops,
flagpoles and swing sets have to go as well.)
