Thanks to all who have offered a wealth of information on this problem.

The chosen solution is to drill out the rivets and replace with 1/4 by 2 3/4
inch stainless steel bolts and ny-loc nuts. The rivets are 3/16 inch
aluminum, so the bracket and boom will be drilled out to 1/4 inch. Thanks
to Mike WA2VUN for this solution.

Subject: [Force 12 Talk] C-3S Boom Rivets

The 20 meter reflector on my C-3S is broken. It happened when the end of
the boom was dropped from about 10 feet, hitting the grassy ground in the
back yard. A new reflector has been sent by F12 and is awaiting
installation. The boom mounting bracket is slightly bent but the boom
appears undamaged. I am thinking it would be best to remove the bracket to
straighten. What size rivets are used? They look to be aluminum. Are they
available at a local hardware store like Lowe's or Home Depot? Thanks for
any advice.
