[TowerTalk] Electric Winch

I am thinking about installing an electric winch at the base to use in
hauling items weighing up to 100 pounds up the tower.  I would like to be
able to control the winch from the top of the tower if at all possible, to
eliminate the need for a ground crew.  Has anyone ever seen or used a radio
controlled winch, or one that has a remote that can be located 200 feet
away?
