[TowerTalk] US Tower HDX-589 raising pulley's?

I'm in need of the two pulley's that are used for the raising fixture
cable to attach to on the tower side of an HDX-589.  I have the bracket
there...but the bolt and two pulleys are missing.

I called US Towers and they wanted almost $100 PER Pulley.  I thought
this was a bit overboard.

Anywhere else these can be purchased from....?
