If you get the ARRL Letter, today's mailing (Vol. 24, No. 16) includes an
article about one local NM ham (Gerry Smith, W6TER) who just won a six-year
legal battle to keep his twin 135-ft towers in rural Bernalillo County. The
NM Supreme Court reversed earlier decisions of the local District Court and
the NM Court of Appeals, and ruled 100% in the ham's favor. This is
important case law for all New Mexico hams. Check it out here if you don't
