[TowerTalk] GUY WIRE TENSION

Depends upon the guy wire used.  Should be tensioned to around 10% of rated 
strength.  I think 3/16 galvanized is rated around 3900 lbs, so tensioning 
to 390 lbs is right.  The 45G towers you mentioned would probably require 
larger guy wire which would mean a higher tension.
