[TowerTalk] Lifting 45G?

Hi,

I just telephoned my installer - Bill Simpson.  He said it is best to pull
up 100 feet with a crane that has 2 winches hooked.  Hook one at about 60 or
70 feet and the other at the top if you like.  This prevents any potential
for bending.  He also said that pulling from the top you just have to be
sure and have a crane that is tall enough to clear the ball and hook, etc. 

I would think most cranes have a second winch as pretty standard but I am
not sure.
