[TowerTalk] Repair Pictures of Rohn 45 Tiltover

Doc- It seems that this unit was "overloaded". The Rohn foldovers come in 
various length combinations. What was the assembly set-up? (ie, how many 
feet below and above the Hinge) What was the load on top?
 From your previous posts, I am not clear that this tower was done 
according to the Specs.
