[TowerTalk] Wilson Vintage tubular tower

I recently purchased what I believe to be a Wilson 40' tubular tower (2 
nested round pipe sections).  It's crank up and tilt over. It needs
repainting and general refurbishing of the pulleys. I have a machine shop
at home so that aspect is  not a problem. Can someone share a copy of the
manual depicting the concrete base parameters and the length and 
diameter of the winch cables?  Any charges for copying material will be
