[TowerTalk] Washers or No Washers

HI Wayne

I don't know about flat washers, but split washers can rust and fall out 
after a while and that will cause slack in a nut and bolt.  I used to work 
on heavy equipment and we found that problem, so SOP was NOT to use split 
washers.  73
