okay Lee, thanks for the report.   It may turn out that it doesn't matter 
that much.  I will ask the broadcast engineers also.  I believe the 
practice, when hanging a wire skirt for an AM on a grounded FM tower is to 
tie the tower into the AM counterpoise, but I want to make sure.
