[TowerTalk] M2 "Skip Log" vs. SteppIR

So, is there still any advantage to buying this $1,400 M2 antenna instead
of spending a little more or a little less for a SteppIR 4 or 3 element
beam? It sure looks like the M2 is much more complicated to assemble.
