[TowerTalk] WT51 base drawings

 Anyone have a copy of the drawing(s) for the concrete base section for the
WT51? I need to have a base section made and would like to make it easy on
the fabricator. Of course I'd be happy to pay any costs associated with
getting a copy (email is also of course fine).
