[TowerTalk] Can Someone ID This Large Coil?

So this is a MW AM-BC tower static drain choke:

Looks to be their TC300 Lighting choke, triple winding
110/220VAC @15A

So, is it reasonable to think that I might use this,
perhaps modified to siphon static off my Ham tower?
