That's because of the pop rivets.  They're holding the
CR's in place on the F12.  

Actually, TT looks just fine in Outlook, as well as in my
webmail in both IE and Netscape.  Has looked fine for years. 
Ain't broke...don't fix it. 

I suspect it has something to do with your mail client.
