No need to live in Maryland.
Even as far as living in Belgium one may find this advice of prime
order.
My neighbour sells his house, he told me a appraiser ( private one here
) diminished the initial appraised value by 8% because of my
tower.......
Thanks for the info folks. At least now I have a weapon to destroy that
extra 8% benefit of that private crook appraiser!!!
Who told us the world was just a little village ?
