Not anyplace I've worked or lived!

No one would use RG-11. The cable is normally solid
dielectric, and it is normally stranded. The stranded center
and solid dielectic are the main problems. You can't even
get good cheap F connectors for RG-11.

CATV systems use F11 style cables. It has a solid center,
foam dielectric, and a large variety of reliable CATV
fittings.
