Power handling is current and voltage...
Current is limited by the thermal dissipation in the  inner conductor (and
the thermal resistance to the outside...)
Voltage is limited by dielectric breakdown (which is much worse in foam,
because of the nonhomogeneous dielectric)

Looks like Times rates it at 5.6kW.. presumably with a matched load.
Worst case mismatch is 6dB increase in power (twice current and/or twice
voltage), so perhaps 1.4 kW.
