[TowerTalk] BOLT GRADES

The ones from Home Depot are marked with a 3 letter price code. If you look 
at their bolts, all of them (different sizes) all have different letter 
codes on them. They are also just ink stamps.

The actual grade specifications are formed into the head of the bolt.
