It's hard to tell exactly from the dwgs, but it looks 
like the hinge is about 2.5' from the bottom, and 7.5' 
from the top.

With hinge to apex distance of 25.5', dead weight limit 
at apex is 130#.
With hinge to apex distance of 35.5', dead weight limit 
at apex is 100#.
