[TowerTalk] Force 12?

Well, I might as well throw in my 2 cents.

I was very interested (last Summer) in the Force 12 Sigma series of
verticals for 80/ 40 M using the new Tornado tuning drive. My first email
was answered promptly on the first day. I had a few more questions so I
send another email. Nothing! I waited a couple of weeks and resent it.
Nothing! I did the same thing once again. Nothing! Then I saw a couple of
negative Force 12 reviews on eham.

That was enough to convince me to look elsewhere.

I don't know what has happened to their customer service, but it is too
bad that they are having problems. Once the "word" about bad customer
service gets out, it is most difficult to fix.

    Just one ham's experience.

            73,

            Bernard, WA4OEJ
