I have cracked one of the mast clamps on my G1000SDX rotator. Can anyone verify whether or not the "optional lower mast bracket" (apparently for use with a non tower mount) is the same as the upper/top clam-shell arrangement ? The sketch in the manual looks identical; anyone in this group know for certain ? Many thanks & 73, Malcolm, K3KZ
