[TowerTalk] Military Aircraft Bearing OK for Tower?

Just came upon this and it appears that it may have a new
home on Ham towers http://www.american-milspec.com/p940.html

What spec am I missing that makes it not useful as a mast
bearing, please?

The $20. price sure is attractive!
