[TowerTalk] U-Bolts for A3S

The manual for the A3S shows the size for the U-bolts holding the boom
to the mounting plate as 1 5/8"(4.1 cm) in size.  The U-bolts that hold
the mounting plate to the mast should be 2 1/8" X 3".

I am going to order U-Bolts for the boom to mast mount and was wondering
if the proper size from Jacob Schmidt would be 1 3/4" for the boom
because of the sleeve that covers the 1 1/2" boom at the mounting area?
