[TowerTalk] installing monster masts in towers

Put the mast in the middle of the tower BEFORE you put the tower 
together - - that way it will be inside when the tower is finished 
being assembled, all you will have to do is to raise the mast straight 
up through a hole in the rotor plate and through the top bearing.
