[TowerTalk] Getting ground rods OUT

What I do is clamp a hose clamp on the rod near the ground.  Place a brick
next to it and place the blade of a shovel on the brick and under the hose
clamp.  Press down on the handle and the rod rises.

There is a lot of leverage in that little arrangement.
