[TowerTalk] Getting ground rods OUT

I use a 4 1/2" angle grinder.  Just move enough dirt away to get below the 
surface of the ground and cut them off.  I also use this on tower legs that 
protrude from a concrete pad.  Grind the legs off flush with the concrete 
and the owner has a nice elevated pad for a flower garden.
