[TowerTalk] gnd rod extraction--coda

It may not be possible for you to try this, but, here I have tightened down 
a clamp or two near the bottom of the rod and used the bucket of my small 
loader to gently pop them out of the ground.  Had to do two a couple of 
weeks ago near the barn.
