[TowerTalk] C31XR Truss Mounting

Thanks to several responses.

There appears to be two solutions.

1.)   Run the cable through the U-Bolt, which pinches the cable against
the mast.

2.) Purchase two turnbuckles and attched one end to the cable and the
other end to the cable.
