[TowerTalk] Help in docs for Rotating Tower System (RTS)!!

I purchased a used RTS system for R45 tower about 5 years ago when 
out east... I believe I have all the components but am not sure - one thing 
I AM missing is ANY documentation. .. can anyone help? Is there a manual 
perse? I would guess there is a right and a wrong way to install this stuff to 
not only get it right but also to make sure it is safe and up to stay.

[I also have 2 ICE covers for this - R45... if anyone needs these I will not be 
needing them here in AZ]
