[TowerTalk] 135 foot dipole, 300 ohm twinlead (more)

Sounds like the same problem when we moved into a home in Sun City West, AZ. 
I found that NONE of the shields were connected in the television wall 
outlet receptacles - only the center conductors were connected.  And the 
cable in the wall looped from outlet to outlet.

When I corrected wiring the TVI went away.
