[TowerTalk] BC Antenna + Radials

XELO doesn´t seem to be listed for more then
5 kW on 1010 kHz, guess they are just like the
hams when it´s up to power.
In any case they still seems to be operational
since they have been reported heard in Finland
during 2004.
