[TowerTalk] Aluminum Fence wire for elevated radials

My understanding is that the NEC calls for at least #14 hard-drawn 
copper (not the stuff you use for house wiring, and even thicker above a 
certain length that I can't recall) for antenna wires, so I would expect 
the same to apply to elevated radials.
