[TowerTalk] Need Help Getting Ground Rods Out

I grab the ground rod with a Klein grip and pull up on it with a
Come-Along hooked to an 8ft piece of pipe.  As long as the
pipe is vertical and standing next to the ground rod there is
little side force trying to tip over the pipe.  Depending on the
soil it may be best to add a pipe cap on the low end of the
pipe or stand it on an old piece of plywood or a brick so that
it doesn't bury itself in the ground.
