Technically, the antenna is up for both an auction AND for sale.  One can
either purchase the antenna for the Seller's "Buy It Now" price, ending the
auction, OR one can enter a bid amount starting at the Seller's minimum bid
requirement.

Again, technically, the Seller DID offer the antenna for "sale" to the group
by providing us the URL of the item containing the Buy It Now (Sale Price),
but in a format different than simply posting the sale price only here on
the reflector.

Actually, its up for AUCTION!  If you wanted to put it up for "sale", you
would have offered it to the group BEFORE putting it up on e-bay.
