[TowerTalk] Off Topic (but inquiring minds want to know)

I have seen it a couple of times on CNN at work. It is almost like they are 
pushing for deregulation, BPL or something. It is not clear who is paying 
for the ad. One of those outfits with the patriotic, really generic, tells 
you nothing about the organizations names.
