However, there are several things that come to mind:
Yes, let them post messages about being scammed and let the individuals that
sell stuff keep their own records regarding who is on "The List". If a
person's name keeps coming up on the list, then draw your own conclusions.
Second, NEVER send out anything without receiving the payment first - after
making sure that the payment has cleared.
