[TowerTalk] Mounting 4 square verticals

Insulation is inexpensive, as the bottom of a 1/4-wave vertical is a low 
voltage point.
You can use sheet teflon between the irrigation tubing [which I think is 
overkill for a 40m vertical] and the support.
