Howdy all

One thing I have been pondering here--twinlead.

Right now I use 300 ohm ribbon to feed a 130 foot center fed zepp.  I have 
read that I shouldn't use that because "when it rains the SWR can change." 
If it changes, so what?  I just tweak the tuner a bit and it is back to 1:1. 
Is there a real advantage in using the windowed 450 ohm feeders instead of 
the 300 ohm ribbon?  Thanks and 73
