[TowerTalk] Cheap tower in Florida - some disassembly required

Howdy, TowerTalkians --

    Here's a cheap (free?) tower. I talked to the guy and a tenant moved and 
left a tower. It's guyed to a utility pole and the utility is going to start 
fining him if it doesn't get removed. With that in mind I'd try to get it for 
free for taking it down.
