[TowerTalk] A near imminent TX-455 failure

Thanks for all your helpful thoughts to all who responded via reflector 
and directly.    We will contact some local  welding shops and also give 
US Tower a call. 
Hopefully we will be able to fix the tower before snow starts flying 
around here.
