[TowerTalk] Concrete Temperature Sensitivity

The local company should know the expected conditions and be able to add an
appropriate additive if they think its needed. Covering and keeping it
moist will help it cure, and curing gives off heat. And since most of it is
well below the surface it will be at ground temperature which hasn't had
time to drop very much more than a couple inches down yet anyway. So my
guess would be is to just throw a plastic sheet and some hay over it for a
couple days and it should be fine... and if the ground is dry help it cure
by wetting it down periodically.
